Methodology
Our typical working day is arranged in shifts, to meet client needs. Planning , tracking process and communication channels are discussed and agreed with client before starting any project. Our goal is to ensure that, at any point in his project life cycle, our client know where exactly we are in terms of our work and their expenditure.
To guarantee timely delivery, we have established a project management framework that includes
- On-going monitoring of progress according to the agreed schedule.
- 'Daily Status Reports' and 'Weekly Summary Reports' of what's been accomplished.
- On-going monitoring of costs, with 'Weekly Expenditure Reports'.
- Easily conjuct Managers, Team Leads, local Client, Engagement Managers, etc.
- Regular conference calls between the client development team and our team.
- Standardised format and contents of the deliverables: test plans, test scripts, bug
reports, etc.
- Standardised and agreed hand-over points for all deliverables.
